Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, we will not be able to issue a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products are excluded from returns. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are for intimate or hygienic use, toxic, or contain flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Available products include gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Some health and personal care products.
  • To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with visible wear, as well as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, and opened vinyl records.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Items on sale.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

International exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you'd like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via live chat.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the item upon return. Upon receiving the returned item, we'll issue you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the recipient received the item as a gift to give to themselves later, we'll refund the amount and notify you of the return.

Shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

If you're returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
